I made this calzone today for a boy I like. Stuffed to the brim with prosciutto, pepperoni, crumbled sausages, piles of mozzarella, grated parmesan, a layer of marinara sauce ( i know traditionally, i’m not supposed to put it in, but in this case, i actually NEEDED to), light egg wash, and swiss cheese strips on top. Went out of my way today to find a pizza stone so I could make this shit the right way.
To wash all that down, whipped up a special coconut lemonade. Shits bomb.
Then I made him a glass of chocolate mousse with bits of strawberries and Reeses… He loves that stuff.
Awwwawawwawaww he is so adorable I am completely smitten.
